This condo was a very nice place to spend 8 nights and days! The facilities are well maintained, there's ample room for 4 people, the first floor placement made it easy to bring in groceries, or hop out to the very nice, heated pool! The condo neighbors were very nice, the grounds were well maintained, and the pool area very clean. It is in a very nice area of north Scottsdale, and there are ample stores, gas, and restaurants in the area. The only negative was that it is 3.5 miles from the 101, so sometimes the traffic on Shea Blvd. could greatly slow you down.

We were in Silverado Townhouse for an extended stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the unit, great location (close to everything), and really set up for a long term stay. 5 Stars!
