"Excellent location, great space in condo!"

This condo met all of our needs. We stayed one month. The location is fabulous. The clubhouse, pool and all amenities are good. Very quiet. The condo itself was furnished well and met our needs.

This condo was a very nice place to spend 8 nights and days! The facilities are well maintained, there's ample room for 4 people, the first floor placement made it easy to bring in groceries, or hop out to the very nice, heated pool! The condo neighbors were very nice, the grounds were well maintained, and the pool area very clean. It is in a very nice area of north Scottsdale, and there are ample stores, gas, and restaurants in the area. The only negative was that it is 3.5 miles from the 101, so sometimes the traffic on Shea Blvd. could greatly slow you down.
