Hidden Palms

Anita was fantastic to work with and very accommodating. The description and photos of the amenities were accurate. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and we had easy access to many stores and restaurants. The pool was great! Thanks for an enjoyable stay!!

We really enjoyed staying at this home. The layout was perfect for us. We were 4 couples and loved having 4 king bedrooms. The backyard was great too! Our only complaint was the address on Home Away App was incorrect so had a problem finding the home. The address was listed as 4964 Paradise Drive instead of Lane, which led us to the wrong area. Our only complaint about the house was that we were left with very little toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved our week at this home in sunny Phoenix and would stay here again.

Was everything we hoped it would be! The only thing I could possibly criticize was that there was some trash left in the outdoor area. And that the gas fire pit seemed to be broken, as it was in pieces and pushed up against the side of the house.

The whole group enjoyed the stay. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was well stock for cooking. More than enough room. Beds we comfortable. Outdoor area was fantastic.

This is an amazing house! It was beautiful! We arrived a little after the check-in time and the home was clean and felt fresh. The furniture was in great condition and all the beds were comfortable. The backyard activities did a great job at keeping the kiddos entertained. Location was superb. This was a very smooth renting process from check-in to check-out everything was organized. I highly recommend this one!

We were two families of four, and the property was perfect for us - adults and kids alike. There is plenty of room, and the backyard/pool area was spacious and inviting. The location is also ideal. There is nothing not to like about this property.

The house was impeccably clean. There were soaps, shampoo and toothpaste. Really nice. A kitchen full of anything you might need.

This home has plenty of room to spread out (important with extended family and three children under 6)! The pool area is secured and off to the side, the back patio was a natural gathering spot for the adults not on "kid duty" :), and when it was the kids turn to play outside they loved racing around the grassy area. The kitchen is well-stocked and roomy, the beds are comfortable, and the upstairs master bedroom is a wonderful retreat! Our stay was even more than I expected because everything (shopping and food) was just minutes away. The summer rate made this an extraordinary bargain!!!

The property is quite nice and I understand having the rules, I just would have liked having the specific rules for this property given to me prior to signing the contract. Especially, having quiet time by 9:00 pm and no music outside. The skimmer net provided was completely shot so it made it difficult to skim the plant debri off the pool. All said it was a great trip and property.

Very nice place. Quiet neighborhood, well furnished and equipped. We were there for our daughter's graduation from ASU and this place is located an easy drive from everywhere. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Location was perfect and close to both the Kierland commons and the desert ridge area where we have family. The home has a nice layout and spacious enough for a larger group to enjoy. There is also a nice park within walking distance that our kids loved. Check-in was easy and convenient. Overall the home was clean and kept up nicely to match the photos. Great experience.

Lovely home in a great location. Home was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was nicely kept and clean upon arrival. Anita was great to work with. We will be back!
