What time is check-in?

Check-in is any time AFTER 4:00 PM local time.

What time is checkout?

Checkout is any time BEFORE 11:00 AM local time?

When do I receive the property information?

We will be in touch with you via email (3) days prior to your arrival. Please be sure to add out email address (bookings@hazvacationrentals.com) to your contact list. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive the email, please contact us ASAP. - Thank you!

No Events/Parties

Per state law, all vacation rentals must abide. All properties are strictly no events and no parties. Max occupancy may not be exceeded at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

Non-Smoking

All properties are strictly non-smoking. Failure to abide will result in hefty fines. Please respect this policy.

No Pets

All properties are strictly no pets. Please inform us prior to your arrival if you will be accompanied by an assistive animal.
